Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto SoundBox mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by With You Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Auto SoundBox is
Auto SoundBox is an Android app for merchants that reads the payment notifications your existing UPI apps generate and announces the amount out loud. It also keeps an on-device record of your collections and offers optional tools like QR codes, reports, and team alerts.
2. Not a payment service
Auto SoundBox does not process, initiate, receive, or hold money, and it is not a bank, a payment system, or a UPI provider. It only reads notifications that your own apps already show. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, NPCI, any UPI app, or any bank. Always treat your bank or UPI app as the source of truth for whether a payment actually succeeded; announcements are a convenience and can be affected by device settings, delays, or missed notifications.
3. Permissions
To announce payments, the app needs your permission to read notifications. This access is used solely to detect incoming UPI payment alerts on your device and is never used to read unrelated notifications for any other purpose. You can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app or via our delete account page.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Auto SoundBox may be free to start, with optional paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you purchase. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled, and are billed through the payment method and provider shown at checkout, subject to their terms. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to harm others or break the law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, belongs to With You Inc. or its licensors. These Terms grant you no right to our branding or content except to use the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, With You Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed, delayed, or incorrect payment announcement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
