Delete your account

Request deletion of your Auto SoundBox account and its associated data.

You can ask us to delete your Auto SoundBox account at any time. The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you can't access the app, use the form below and we'll process the request for you.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove your profile, your saved UPI IDs, your membership and referral records, and any team you own. Your transaction ledger lives on your device, so uninstalling the app removes it from your phone. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What may be retained

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example billing and tax records for completed transactions, and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention. These are retained only for as long as required and are not used to rebuild your profile.

How long it takes

We confirm your request by email first, then complete deletion within 30 days.
